The staff demonstrated exceptional service, especially Andrew at the reception, making our surprise birthday trip memorable. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, exceeding expectations. We enjoyed relaxing on the peaceful beach and indulging in delicious pho from the restaurant. However, breakfast options were limited, and it would have been great to have more on-site dining choices. Additionally, the wait for our room initially was a tad long, though it was resolved promptly.

A moment by the palm trees

Waking up to beautiful palm tree views on the balcony was pure bliss. The spacious room and superb room service took our experience to a whole new level.

However, dining at the Italian restaurant outside was disappointing. The artificial grass seemed perfect until it turned out to be a breeding ground for mosquitos.

Our stay was fantastic! The breakfast had great choices, and we loved dining at the Turtle Bay restaurant with its superb food. The beautiful rooms added to our comfort. Will definitely return!

We had a fantastic family getaway with amazing staff who were always willing to help. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious and included access to the Club lounge, which was a lovely perk. The breakfast had a wonderful selection, and the kids loved the lazy river and mini golf. Our only issue was that the kids' club activities weren't clearly advertised, leading us to discover them by chance.

Had an amazing group vacation with my friends! We loved the spacious villas and the beautiful private beach. The butler service was super helpful, and the pool was perfect for lounging. It really felt like a perfect beach-side retreat for fun, comfort, and relaxation. Just be prepared for the distance to nearby attractions and book your restaurant reservations in advance. Can't wait to come back!

This resort is a perfect beach-side retreat for families. The kids loved the amazing beach, and the staff was truly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The food was tasty, and we especially enjoyed the numerous beach towels that were available.

My kids wished the pool could be a bit deeper for actual swimming. It would be great if there were more flexible rules around ordering snacks for kids at the pool.
